Cancellation Policy for Boatering
At Boatering, we strive to provide seamless and reliable services to all our customers. Below are the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, which ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
1. Cancellation Window
- Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours after booking. After this period, the reservation deposit will be charged as a penalty.
2. Penalties for Full Payments
- If 100% of the boat’s rental value has been paid, the following penalties will apply:
- 50% of the rental value will be charged for cancellations made up to 20 days before the departure date.
- 100% of the rental value will be charged for cancellations made less than 20 days before the departure date.
3. No Refunds for Late Cancellations
- Refunds are not available for cancellations made outside the stipulated periods. This policy ensures that our operations run smoothly and that resources are allocated effectively.
4. Modifications
- Changes to reservations (e.g., date or time adjustments) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests for modifications must be made at least 20 days prior to the departure date.
5. External Cancellations
- In cases where the trip cannot proceed due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, technical issues, or operational disruptions:
- Rebooking or credit for future reservations will be offered.
- Cash refunds will not be provided.
6. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review booking details and notify us of any errors within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation.
- Boatering will not be held accountable for cancellations or penalties resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Third-Party Bookings
- If your booking involves services provided by third-party operators (e.g., catering, entertainment, or additional staff), their specific cancellation policies may also apply.
